NOPD: Suspect in Funky 544 Halloween Stabbing, Burnt Body from Tangipahoa

New Orleans detectives are close to solving a stabbing and have handed a shooting off to Tangipahoa Parish. The Eighth District has named 19 year old Ronnisha Kelley as the prime suspect in the Funky 544 Halloween stabbing. Out at Florida and Desire, sleuths have deduced that a burnt body was an out-of-parish killing.
